Today, U.S. Representative Brittany Pettersen (CO-07) officially announced her endorsement of James Byrd for the United States Senate, praising his track record of bipartisan leadership and his dedication to working families.

"I'm proud to support James Byrd for the United States Senate," said Representative Pettersen. "James understands that representing Wyoming means putting Wyoming first, protecting public lands, supporting rural communities, making healthcare more affordable, and standing up for working families. He has a record of working across the aisle to get things done, and he'll bring that same independent Wyoming voice to Washington."

Her endorsement highlights what sets James apart: a pragmatic, independent approach to representation that stays focused on the distinct needs of Wyoming communities.

For James, the support means a lot.

"Having the support of Congresswoman Pettersen means a great deal to our team," said James Byrd. "She understands the unique challenges facing western communities, from safeguarding our public lands to expanding access to affordable, quality healthcare. I look forward to working together to ensure working families across Wyoming have a strong, independent advocate in the United States Senate."
